look!! it's a bird, it's a plane, it's, it's beeker!!

yo! i'm beeker, your webmistress. i'm a random poet who likes the grunge, gothic, emo, boho, and metal scenes.

"and if i died today, i'd be the happy phantom"
this site's url is from the tori amos song, of course called happy phantom, off the little earthquakes album. the title on the welcome page is from my own twisted mind.

randomness

my favorite song: 'lover, you should have come over' by jeff buckley. it's the most beautiful song i've ever heard.       my favorite album: 'little earthquakes' by tori amos. hence the happy phantomness.       my favorite movie: william shakespeare's romeo + juliet (the leo dicaprio/claire daines version)       my favorite food: mac and cheese with ketchup in it. oh yesh, i am weird.        i feel emotions strongly and ntohing about me is lukewarm. this works in both positive and negative ways, of course.

"a thousand clever lines unread on clever napkins/i will never ask if you don't ever tell me/i know you well enough to know you never loved me" --taking back sunday, from 'cute without the e'

"i'm lying in my bed/the blanket is warm/this body will never be safe from harm/still feel your hair, black ribbons of coal/touch my skin to keep me whole/don't wanna weep for you, i don't wanna know/i'm blind and tortured, the white horses flow/the memories fire, the rythms fall slow/black beauty i love you so/precious, precious silver and gold and pearls/in oyster's flesh/drop down we two to serve and pray to love/born again from the rythm screaming down from heaven/ageless, ageless and i'm there in your arms" --jeff buckley, from 'mojo pin'

"this is the book i never read/these are the words i never said/this is the path i'll never tread/these are the dreams i'll dream instead/this is the joy that's seldom spread/these are the tears/the tears we shed/this is the fear/this is the dread/these are the contents of my head/and these are the years that we have spent/and this is what they represent/and this is how i feel/do you now how i feel?" --annie lennox, from 'why'
